We provide a diverse programme of outdoor and creative activities, both in house and in the community, which aim to promote mental and physical wellbeing and recovery.
For many members the wellbeing activities provide an opportunity to step out of their comfort zone whilst also enjoying the overall health benefits that spending time with others in the outdoors provides. The wellbeing programme can provide valuable connections, exercise and means of expression. Participation in these activities can help build confidence and structure as well as reduce/manage stress and build resilience.
