Employment, education or volunteering can create purpose in the lives of members at Flourish House; the Work and Learning team supports members to reach their goals. Whatever your background, we can offer personalised support to help you move in your preferred direction at a pace that is right for you.
The Clubhouse provides members with skill-building opportunities to develop the confidence to gain successful employment.
Come upstairs for:
• 1 to 1 advice and information sessions
• weekly skills sharing opportunities
• peer2peer training
• job or course searching and application support
• managing transitional and supported employment opportunities
• support in maintaining your work, study or volunteering
Check out our booklet to see a full list of what we do!
The Personal Development unit also looks after our Transitional Employment Placements (TEPs) helping anyone that wants to get back into work find a temporary job and progress towards independent employment.
